Due to today's snow day, there have been a few changes in this weeks due dates.
Social Studies: We will review on Tuesday, and your test has been rescheduled for Thursday Feb 26th. Please contact me if you have plans to be away on this date for the ski trip.
Health (grade 8): Please find me this week to hand in your duo-tang. I would like all duo-tangs handed in to me before you leave for March break!
We will continue to plan for the math and science tests to go ahead this week as planned.

Ms. Klinkenberg: LA
This is a reminder that all students who are taught LA by Ms. Klinkenberg are to be reading 30 minutes a night for homework!
Miss Gorman's Classes DUE DATES
March break is almost here! There is one week of hard work left!
Language Arts: Before going home for March Break, your first independant novel study book should be finished, all questions should be complete, and your duotang needs to be handed in.
Math: We are currently finishing up Unit 1. You will be tested on this Unit on Thursday, Feb 26th. (The students who are attending the ski trip will complete their test one day early, on Wednesday, Feb 25th!)
Science: We are finishing up chapter three which will conclude our work on ecosystems. The final test will be on Thursday Feb 26th for both Klinkenberg and Gorman's rooms.
Social Studies: We have been studying Aboriginals and the effect of the European settlers. There will be a test on the information covered to date on Tuesday, Feb 24th.
Technology: We are starting a project on building "toothpick" bridges. The students have choosen to work in teams or independantly. We will continue with these after March Break.
Health (grade 7): The class will be visiting the Aquatic Center on various Fridays after the March break. It would be nice to have all permission forms signed and returned before the March Break.
Health (grade 8): Duotangs with completed questions from this semester are due on Monday, Feb 23rd.
"Think Pink": The class will be visiting the Imperial Theatre on March 12th to view an anti-bullying presentation. All students are to bring in $3.00 to cover the cost of this presentation. Please contact me if there are any issues with this fee!
